Hook-up wire (Solid ATC)

Bright annealed Electrolytic Copper Conductors - insulated with PVC Compound as per BS 6745, IS 5831 to withstand high Electrical and Mechanical stresses and resistant to oil, fuel, ozone etc. also. Braided and Lacquered to improve fire resistance properties. Suitable for wiring of all kinds of vehicles - cars, jeeps, trucks, tractors, buses, railway-locomotives, trams, caravans etc. for battery-ignition, starter, lighting, steering column, wind screen wipers, horn, signalling, high tension and heavy duty circuits. Manufactured to standard specifications BS 6862, BS 1862, IS 2465 and to derive our specifications.

Technical details

Fine stranded conductor of annealded tinned copper wire in acc. IEC 60228 class-5 bunched together, insulation of speacial FR-PVC compound of insulation resistance >100M Ohms/Km.Colours available as colour code table no. 01"

Applications: Mostly used in a wealth applications including PCB connections, inter connection circuits, internal wiring of computer and data processing equipments,appliances, lighting, motor leads, heating & cooling equipments, harness fabrication & automotives,wiring in telecomunication systems & devices,electronics components in devices etc. (Suitable for low voltage application)
